Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces On the job you will handle: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed Performance bonus on top of base pay.
