Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Grant County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
