We are recruiting: powder coating technician (Georgia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Bleckley County, Georgia. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time, day shift.
