Sheet metal press operator — Casey County

Join our team: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Casey County, Kentucky. You will work in a sheet metal stamping unit. You will top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed. Ideal candidate: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
