Immediate opening: kitchen cook (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Zapata County, Texas. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience.
