We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation worker in Crane County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Willing to travel between sites • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles The role involves: • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
