Surface coating operator wanted in Scott County

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Scott County, Kansas. You will work in a busy paint shop. Day to day you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
