Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
