Immediate opening: EHS coordinator (Alabama)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Colbert County, Alabama. You will be based on a road and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Your main tasks: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
