Dough maker — Riley County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Riley County, Kansas. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
