Security guard — Lyon County

Join our team: we are hiring a security guard in Lyon County, Kansas. You will work at a hotel entrance. What we are looking for: • Height and weight as per security norms • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Day-to-day duties: • Write up incident reports after any disturbance • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area • Raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency • Control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Log every visitor and vehicle in the duty register 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
