Production machine operator • Manistee County, Michigan

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production machine operator in Manistee County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station You should have: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
