Kitchenhand wanted in Posey County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Posey County, Indiana. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Full-time, day shift.
