Oven operator • Power County, Idaho

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Power County, Idaho. You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $180 per day plus benefits.
