Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Dane County, Wisconsin. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $170 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
