On the job you will handle: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Six days a week, one day off.
