Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Paulding County, Georgia. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day-to-day duties: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,500 per project plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
