Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Gilmer County, West Virginia. What we are looking for: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Day to day you will TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush.
