Toolroom milling operator — Lee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Lee County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
