Split AC fitter — Manchester

We are recruiting: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Manchester, England. On a typical shift you will evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit. You should have: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds £2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
