Join our team: we are hiring a retail sales associate in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. The job is at an FMCG distributor. You should have: • Knowledge of the local language and market • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience • Ready to travel across the assigned territory You will meet daily and monthly sales targets; demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor; handle cash and card payments at the counter; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up; negotiate prices and close the deal. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
