Cake decorator — Pierce County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Pierce County, North Dakota. The job is in a bread factory. The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
