We are recruiting: electrical technician (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrical technician in City of York, England. You will work in a power distribution substation. On the job you will handle: • Dress and terminate wiring inside control panels • Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams • Measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working Requirements: • Familiar with megger, multimeter and clamp meter • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use 4+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
