Kitchen porter — Fulton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Fulton County, Arkansas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
