Lifting rigger — Abakaliki

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State. What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Day-to-day duties: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
