Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Clinch County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 4+ years on the tools preferred.
