Head baker — Johnson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Johnson County, Texas. Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker Part-time with flexible hours.
