Membrane applicator — Bonneville County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Bonneville County, Idaho. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. Day to day you will work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
