Foundry operative — Cape May County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry operative in Cape May County, New Jersey. The job is on the moulding line. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Basic grinding and fettling skills Day to day you will skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces.
