Oven operator wanted in Lawrence County

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Lawrence County, Missouri. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
