Tile fixer — Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring a tile fixer in Franklin County, Vermont. You will be based at a bathroom renovation job. Day-to-day duties: • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas Requirements: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
