Cold room technician — Clinton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cold room technician in Clinton County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets You should have: • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts Meals and transport allowance provided.
