QC inspector — Vernon Parish

Join our team: we are hiring a QC inspector in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. The job is on a garment production line. Requirements: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor The role involves: • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans 4+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
