Vacuum press operator — Alger County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Alger County, Michigan. The job is at a garment factory. The role involves: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
