Now hiring: we are hiring a quality checker in Stephens County, Texas. You will be based at a food processing unit. The role involves calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing. You should have: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Overtime paid at a premium rate.
