Blocklayer — Wabaunsee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a blocklayer in Wabaunsee County, Kansas. You will be based on a new-build development. You will spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
