Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Jasper County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
