Mobile crane operator — Dawes County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Dawes County, Nebraska. You will be based at a container port and shipping yard. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) The role involves keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
