Plasterer's mate • Henry County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Henry County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
