Safety inspector — Watauga County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety inspector in Watauga County, North Carolina. You should have: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Day-to-day duties: • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
