Confectioner — Hardeman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Hardeman County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
