Scullery hand — Gilmer County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Gilmer County, West Virginia. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
