Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Punctual with reliable attendance Your main tasks: • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
