You will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
