Great opportunity: we are hiring a bar waiter in Pecos County, Texas. The job is in a coffee shop. What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On the job you will handle: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
