Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
