Join our team: powder coating operator (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in St. Helens, England. Day to day you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Six days a week, one day off.
