Urgent requirement: single needle operator (Kansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a single needle operator in Sumner County, Kansas. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. The role involves clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching. You should have: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Part-time with flexible hours.
