In-process quality controller — Kwaya Kusar

Immediate opening: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Kwaya Kusar, Borno State. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. Your main tasks: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦280,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
