Vacancy available: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Rice County, Kansas. You will work at a busy decorating firm. Day to day you will fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns. You should have: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Own brushes and basic hand tools Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
